DIOMASTER HPV MATT — Matt Polyester Inotec Label for Industrial Marking

DIOMASTER HPV MATT 4.156.04.01.00.35 is a robust multi-layer label material from Inotec based on polyester film with a permanent HPV adhesive. The material is designed for the production of durable barcode labels, inventory numbers, pallet labels, warehouse shelf labels, container labels and other identification solutions for industrial, warehouse and logistics applications.

Thanks to reverse printing, the barcode is protected by a transparent matt polyester film. This improves the label’s resistance to scratches, smearing, abrasion, mechanical stress, moisture and demanding operating conditions.

DIOMASTER HPV MATT has a multi-layer structure that protects the print and ensures stable label performance under intensive use.

Material Advantages

Compliance for Materials Intended for Food Contact Applications

The HPV adhesive complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

The adhesive also complies with the requirements of the German Food, Consumer Goods and Feedstuffs Code — LFGB, in the version dated 3 June 2013.

Typical Uses and Applications

DIOMASTER HPV MATT can be used in industrial, warehouse and logistics marking tasks where a durable label with a barcode, serial number, logo or other variable information is required.

Application Recommendations

When processing DIOMASTER HPV MATT, the corresponding instruction sheet FB 362 — Processing Instructions for Barcode Labels should be followed. The surface must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, grease, oil, release agents and other contaminants.

The ideal application temperature is approximately +20 °C. Application is not recommended if the surface temperature is below +10 °C. The labels reach their final bonding strength after approximately 72 hours at room temperature.

Adhesion

The table below shows peel strength test results on different surfaces. Values are given in N/20 mm. The test method is adapted from DIN EN 1939.

Surface After 20 minutes After 24 hours
