Pallet scales Axis 4BDU2000P Practical

AXIS 4BDU2000P pallet scales of the “Practical” series are designed for static weighing of loads on Euro pallets, handled by hydraulic pallet trucks and forklifts. They are widely used in warehouses, wholesale depots, and customs terminals.

The scales consist of a U-shaped steel platform with anti-corrosion treatment, a junction box, an AXIS weighing processor, and four Keli load cells with IP68 protection rating mounted on special feet. The articulated supports can be height-adjusted to ensure correct positioning on uneven surfaces. The load-receiving platform is finished with a high-quality coating, guaranteeing long-term operation in high-humidity environments. The platform can be cleaned with sanitary agents and washed with a high-pressure water jet.

The scales are supplied with the AXIS ME-01/A/18/RS/VK weighing terminal featuring a bright LED display (digit height 18 mm), ensuring clear readability under any lighting conditions. The housing is made of aluminum alloy and has an IP65 protection rating. For especially accurate weighing, a “high-resolution” (HR) mode is provided and activated by a dedicated “HR” button, allowing more precise readings. The built-in RS-232 interface enables connection of the 4BDU2000P pallet scales to a computer for automated recording of weighing results.
