Label printer Godex EZ-2200 plus
Label printer Godex 2200 can be completed with head with 203 or 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution. But head can be replaced for head with anther resolution as needed, printer identifies type of fitted head automatically.
All printers of EZ-PLUS line have double buffering: while one label is being printed, the next one is being loaded from the computer into the printer memory. In that way, it increases real label printing speed through the driver with job queue.
In label printer Godex EZ-2200 plus you can use ink ribbon up to 450 m, type of ribbon winding is indifferent: printer can be adapted for working with ink out ribbons (outside inking layer) and with ink in ribbons (inside inking layer).
In the standard packaging arrangement, thermal label printer Godex has RTC-microchip of calendar/clock, interfaces USB 2.0, RS232 and slot for connection of memory expansion modules CompactFlash. Construction of printing mechanism is supplied by simple adjustments of printing line and pressure distribution on the printing head; it helps to avoid skew of ink ribbon during printing narrow and wide labels.
Printing head of label printer Godex 2200 is pressed to the labels by two adjustable stops. Size and distribution of pressing force are easily regulated for maximal quality of printing different labels.
Special ”brush” is for removal of static electricity from ink ribbon – protection from adhesion between ribbon and labels during printing.
