The DIOTOP PET7 LAM 25 x 25 mm multilayer specialized label is designed for individual labeling of plastic returnable containers, including 18.9 L drinking water bottles, after preliminary adhesion testing on the specific container material.

The label contains a 9-digit ECC-200 DataMatrix code, which is used for automatic scanning on conveyors, as well as for manual reading during warehouse, logistics, and service operations.

This solution is suitable for applications requiring individual identification of each container, tracking of use cycles, and monitoring of washing, filling, delivery, return, and re-introduction of bottles.

DIOTOP PET7 LAM Features:

• Proven Adhesion to various materials, including polypropylene and polyethylene;
• Resistance to a range of chemical environments;
• Wash resistance, including testing at 70°C;
• Abrasion resistance during repeated scanning, washing, and handling of containers;
• Resistance to UV and atmospheric influences;
• Temperature resistance in the range of -40°C to +100°C based on tests on a PP surface.

Labels are supplied in rolls of 15,000 pieces. Maximum outer roll diameter: 210 mm. Before mass production, it is recommended to test the label on a specific bottle type and under actual operating conditions: washing, chemicals, temperature, humidity, friction, transportation, and repeated use cycles.
