Interface RS-232 and opportunity of connecting Radwag МА 110.R to the computer allow recording weighing results and recording the data into the archive. Besides, program “Weighing server” provides data transmitting to the video surveillance system “Intellect”. Integration of moisture analyzer МА 110.R with video surveillance system is relevant at grain drying plants, in elevators, bakeries, - to control operators’ actions and to record measuring results simultaneously with video.

Four steps of moisture measuring

In order to measure moisture of the sample with the help of moisture analyzer Radwag МА 110.R you need to take four actions:

1. set measuring mode
2. put aluminum cup with the sample into the drying camera of moisture analyzer
3. push “Start” - moisture analyzer is activated
4. count the result from the display of analyzer or computer monitor, if needed you may print the results.

Using of halogen lamp as heating element saves time of moisture measuring, you don’t have to wait till sample is cooled down to room temperature – moisture analyzer Radwag МА 110.R is ready for the next analysis.
