1. Automation at the checkpoint (checkpoint).

2. Automation of vehicle control during sampling in the laboratory.
The process of control in the laboratory is similar to the process of control at the checkpoint. When a car approaches the laboratory, the reader enters the vehicle data into the database and gives a signal allowing the vehicle to pass. The fact of sampling and their results are also stored in the general database.
3. The process of recording the vehicle weight.
First, the vehicle drives up to the weighing platform and, after the traffic light signal, enters it. If the vehicle is correctly positioned on the platform, identification and weight recording occurs. If everything is successful, the traffic light gives another signal allowing the vehicle to leave the platform. The same control point can be used at loading and unloading points. The procedure does not change, but the reading sensors are installed in the places necessary for control.
Control and identification in the field
There are two options for implementing such control:
1. Using a hand-held reader.
2. Using an autonomous control point, which is built on the route of vehicle movement.
Procedures for preventing theft during loading/unloading of goods
One of the main schemes of theft during cargo transportation is the substitution of numbers before weighing, when one vehicle is weighed twice, and part of the cargo is unloaded from another on the road. Self-destructive RFID tags will help prevent such a theft scheme.
Once they are pasted, they cannot be removed; any physical impact results in very noticeable damage to the tag. With such a tag, each car will have its own unique number, regardless of what its current state number is.
